Student Accommodation, Grange Lane (Phases I, II & III)

The three phases of development commenced in the conversion and extension of an existing 1960's knitwear factory opposite De Montfort University, to provide 112 study bedrooms in a traditional cluster arrangement.
Following succesfull completion of phase I, the adjoining site was acquired, enabling a new build construction providing 113 study rooms in 4 / 5 bedrrom flats.
Finally phase III commenced on acquisation of a further site opposite phases I & II, which accommodated 70 study rooms in 2 / 4 bedroom flats.
