Dental Access Centre

The new dental access centre was created by conversion of existing three storey premises, constructed in the 1920's, which were originally occupied as a printing works and more recently as very basic office accommodation.
The interior was totally transformed by the installation of a feature staircase and lift, and the subdivision of the spaces to provide four dental surgeries with attendant support facilities, reception, waiting rooms and office accommodation. Staff facilities including changing rooms, showers and common room were located in the semi-basement.
The external area was re-planned to provide a controlled vehicular access and agress car park, together with a pedestrian ramp and steps up to the canopies main entrance.
