Gibfield Park

Gibfield park, at Atherton near Wigan, is a mixed use Business Park of approximately 20 acres offering B1, B2 and B8 usage, with offices starting at 5,000 sq ft up to warehouses of 300,000 sq ft.

The Business Park forms part of the overall Gibfield Regeneration, which included the reclamation of an open cast mine, brickworks and spoil tips with the installation of new infrastructures and structural landscaping throughout the 270 acre site.

GWH involvement was the master planning of the park from alignment of link roads and liaison with the infrastructure engineers to detailed discussion with planning officers.
