This project was to re-develop the existing Hinckley Bus Station site on the outskirts of Hinckley town centre. The brief was instigated by Hinckley & Bosworth District Council in response to the need to regenerate the site and surrounding areas, culminating in open sketch scheme proposals from interested parties / consortiums.

Our proposals included alternative mixed developments including retail foodstore, non food retail units, cinema and multi storey car park, new bus station, and restaurants and cafes based around an open plaza area.
