This new food store redevelops a dis-used Industrial site located on the perimeter of South Wigston town centre, providing a 46,000 sq ft store with 6 pump petrol filling station.

The scheme includes a tower on the front corner to act as a landmark feature in the direction of the town centre; constructed in brickwork on local authority request to homage local railway architecture.

An existing culverted watercourse runs through the site, which was exposed at the site perimeter to create a meandering watercourse and wildlife belt.
