City Link Retail Park

This development involved the re-configuration of the existing City Link Retail Park in Cardif; rationalising the car park and servicing areas and providing a new 15,000 sq ft retail unit as an extension to the existing facilities.

In addition to the new unit, the existing building stock was to have a "face lift", via re-cladding all elevations and introducing a more uniform signage strategy throughout.
