Pembroke Dock
The new build Retail Park, on the main road into Pembroke Dock, is located adjacent our earlier Food Store development, as a second phase to the original scheme.
The project provides retail space for three users; Argos, Brantano & Peacocks, together with the associated parking and service areas. The extremely restricted site backs onto the railway line and contains a high pressure gas main serving Pembroke Dock. The units consist of brick and steel composite panel clad portal frames, with structural glazed, cantilevered canopies along their frontages.
