This 9 acre site at Dawley Park in Essex, in close proximity to Heathrow airport, was developed in 2 phases.
Phase 1 consisted of the construction of a 135,000 sq ft industrial unit with 2 storey offices for Hawker Pacific Aerospace, and two 15,000 sq ft speculative industrial units.
Phase II consisted of the 155,000 sq ft headquarters for Danzas; portal framed construction containing three floors of offices and a high-bay racked warehouse.
