South Northamptonshire Council have a desire to restructure and refurbish their council offices to incororate a new Customer Response Centre and associated Business Support, new Customer Contact and Waiting facilities and refurbished Council Chambers. GWH were commissioned to evaluate the entire offices, to come up with solutions that fulfill the councils criteria.

Final proposals included the re planning of the entrance and inclusion of new external feature, to provide an entrance that is visually apparent, and provided inclusive access for all.
