ARMLEY TOWN CENTRE PROPOSALS

Having submitted a planning application for regeneration proposals in Armley Town centre, we are now in deep discussion with Leeds District Council to refine the proposals.

The scheme provides a retail food store on an existing waste transfer station site within the town, containing also a number of dilapidated factory units. The scheme also involves development in the Armley Conservation area, albeit of poor visual quality. The development will provide much needed regeneration to Armley, and there is overwhelming support for the proposals

Within the conservation area proposals for a new Town Square and petrol filling station are currently under review.
