TESCO PROPOSALS FOR WIDNES

Having been granted full planning permission for the Landmark Retail foodstore proposals adjacent Ashley Way in Widnes, Tesco have now signed up for the facility enabling the next stage of the process to commence.

A revised planning application has now been submitted to incorprate minor specific Tesco requirements, although the ethos of the proposals remains as approved.

It is hoped that works on this exciting project will commence on site in 2011.
