HOUSING DEVELOPMENT COMPLETED

An opening ceremony took place on the 1st July to formal recognise the completion of the 7 housing units at a rural exception site in Croft. The client, East Midlands Housing, attended along with members of the Rural Housing team, Blaby District Council and Croft parish council. The 5 rented properties are occupied and the 2 shared ownership are being progressed through legals at the moment. All the properties have been designed to Code 4 and have PV panels as well as rainwater harvesting.
