Widnes Landmark Planning Submission

A planning application has now been submitted for this landmark retail food store on a gateway site in Widnes; redeveloping the existing Ashley Retail Park.

The scheme has been designed to act as a beacon for up and coming development in Widnes. Plans incorporate a store on stilts including frameless glazed atrium frontage, with timber and curtain wall cladding, and render towers creating a unique design for this prominent site.
