PHASE II RURAL OFFICES PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED

A planning application for Phase II of the successfull office development on Leake Road in Costock, Loughborough, was submitted in April 2009 to Rushcliffe Borough Council. Should a suitably favorable permission be granted then works will commence on site in June 2009 with a completion date in December.

The application is for a much needed extension to the existing office unit and a local need for office accommodation due to relocation.
