Project Description

Towers Hospital

This project, for Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, produced a “Development Control Plan” to illustrate how the Trust could develop healthcare facilities on part of the existing Towers Hospital site.

A number of new healthcare buildings were integrated within the framework of retained, existing premises and outline planning permission was obtained to validate the scheme.

The development was based around a new Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Learning Disability (CAMHS LD) Unit that incorporates specialist assessment and treatment facilities to deal with young people with severe learning disabilities.
